Consumer-Rated.com provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including without limitation various communications tools, forums, shopping services, research services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties which may be accessed through any various medium or device now known or hereafter developed . You also understand and agree that the Consumer-Rated.com services may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Consumer-Rated.com to provide the Consumer-Rated.com. Our company uses paid advertisements to help fund our service.

We do not incorporate these advertisements in our reviews. We will always point out where these paid advertisements are located on our site. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Consumer-Rated.com services, including the release of new Consumer-Rated.com properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Consumer-Rated.com services is provided “AS-IS” and that Consumer-Rated.com assumes no responsibility.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Consumer-Rated.com services, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Consumer-Rated.com services.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Consumer-Rated.com services, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

CONSUMER-RATED.COM GUARANTEE REVIEWS – REFUND POLICY

Consumer-Rated.com offers a 30-day refund period for any of the sites or programs we review and give five-star ratings. In order to receive this refund you must do the following:

1. Have contacted the program we reviewed and requested the refund within the time stated under the company’s refund policy.

2. Allowed 48 hours for the company to respond to your refund request.

3. Have a copy of your pay receipt for the program we reviewed and showing payment in your name.

Consumer-Rated will first assist you in the refund process directly with the company. If the company does not process refund as promised, Consumer Rated will refund your money by PayPal. The refund is only valid from 30-days of the time you paid for the program. If the 30 days has expired we will still assist you in getting a refund directly with the company we reviewed.
